Demand: Yalı Neighbourhood urban design idea project.

Instead of creating a new texture, the design adopts a design approach that analyzes the historical texture that has been formed over the years and interprets it in a modern and contemporary way. Traces of historical heritage are preserved. Ensuring continuity of urban revitalization corridors, making them a lively and dynamic city part, designing local functions as easily accessible, creating an original architecture, establishing a function-structure relationship with high added value; creates a livable and safe environment in the neighborhood.

It was designed as a center where investors and creative sectors can meet together. It creates creative axes and hosts spaces where production centers and design studios can coexist. The meeting of the existing historical texture with modern architecture makes the Yalı neighborhood a focal point.

Permacultural activities are designed by revitalizing historical orchards. Increasing urban green areas where possible, using rain and gray water conversion technologies in new buildings, and including water elements in the city will enrich the design from a sustainable and ecological perspective.
