Demand: Design of the residential complex with compatible with nature, economical and offering social programs to it’s users.

Project area is a part of a very rich geography with the ancient cities, beaches and gastronomy routes around it. While establishing positive relations with the existing village, it creates an environment for the formation of a new community within itself with the different social programs it provides. Facilities that bring together different users are offered, such as village coffeehouse, workshop units, indoor sports hall, summer cinema, bird watching point, organic market, yoga meadow and children's playground. Functions such as olive oil workshop, wine tasting center, village products sales unit, market, recycling workshop, waste separation point serve to protect the natural and local.
