In terms of its geographical location, it is one of the central regions of the Anatolian side. Kartal district, which is one of the most important cities in the world, has highways, rail systems, airlines and maritime services. It is a district with high accessibility due to its proximity to roads. The project area was designed by taking into account its historical layers, protected areas and surrounding reference structures such as the Surp Nışan Armenian Church and the ruins of the baths located near the beach. The project area between Soğanlık and Spor streets includes the district stadium, government office, district governor's office, It contains schools, residences and parks. In the project approach, a recreation band was created parallel to Spor Caddesi, considering boundaries such as city and coast connection and functional connection. Focus points in the area have been determined with Kartal, culture, sports and neighborhood squares. The designed masses retreat from the main street, creating a design that directly relates to the square and neighborhood scales. It leaves a flexible area for public access on the ground levels.
