Demand: Designing residential units and offices.

Project located in Kartal District’s which is a candidate to be the new face of Kartal with other projects and investments going on nonetheless , Topselvi District which is a rare places in Istanbul that the culture of neighbourhood is still preserved with it’s 4-6 storey structuring and relatively clean urban texture has been an inspration to the SkyBlue Project. The SkyBlue Project is composed of the 4 office units and 83 residential units. Also it has 25 storey above ground level and 3 storey basement floors which İ includes social spaces and car parking areas. In the design process, the schematical plans deconstructed and placed asymmetrically for the Prince Island’s view and daylight. The main core has been placed on the north side to prevent the highway’s noise pollution.
