Knots but vertical...
The tower aims to create a continuous circulation loop by detaching the elevator shafts on the ground level and bonding them together at the top with ribbon-like 3 dimensional moves. This knot creates different types of open and closed observation decks at different levels which are connected by ramps and wide stairs creating informal meeting spaces.
