Demand: Design of the mansions, located around an international standard golf course. 15 different sizes and types of villas designed and submitted to the construction site.
Erbil Hills project is the first golf course in the region including high-end shopping centers, universities, community spaces to bring a new life to the region. Around this golf facility, 15 different sizes (750 to 2500 sqm) and types (modern to classic) of mansions are designed and all construction detail drawings are submitted to the client.
