Potential panoramas, potential gains
Project proposes a tall tower on top of a restaurant box which emerges from a single facade module that rotates and mirrors according to room size parameters. The panaroma at the north is the Tigris River.
By placing the hotel tower at the southern part of the project area, it is prevented that the hotel being under the shadow of the CBI Tower during a day. The created front zone is used for a public restaurant and cafe. And the rooftop is used as a Roofpark.
